Your question is improperly stated. It should be:
Angry and hungry end in gry. What is the third word in the English
language? It is something you use everyday. Everyone knows
what it is. If you listen closely you have been given the answer.
The answer is "language".

Since this has been discussed to death over and over again on several
other (more appropriate) lists, I'm gonna jump in and jump out quick
before Eric can slap my wrist.
When I read "What is the third word in the English language?" above, my
first instinct was to check my dictionary of the English language.
According to the dictionary, the answer is "aardwolf". (The third word
listed, following "a" and "aardvark". Prefixes don't count!)
Of course I don't use "aardwolf" everyday. Perhaps I will start.
