David Ibbetson uses Thomas Jeffersons speech to look at grammar checkers:

It's funny isn't it, I wouldn't call this powerful prose, I would call
this typical politicians way of saying something in an inflated and
pompous way. But then I don't like any politicians habit of doing that,
and as far as I can see all countries including Aus, have politians that
like doing it, then and now. However, this is probably my preference for
calling a spade a spade and not some implement for moving conglomerate
rock.

By the way I'm not trying to knock the Declaration of Australia, I know
if I go and look I will find loads of Aussie politians who do the same
thing <grin>
