Sure. What could be simpler? You create a document consisting of
nothing but page numbers, print it on the laser printer, put your output
into the paper tray, print the document, and now you've got a paginated
document. The second time you try it, the page numbers will be
right-side up relative to the document and everything.
Do it once in secret to get the bugs out, then have a co-worker time you
doing it a second time, then write up a memo and distribute it widely.
Of course, if the person who runs the waxing machine is a relative of
the boss, you should polish up your resume first.
