We have the following full-time opening for a Lead On-Line Documentation
Developer in Palo Alto, CA

This position is for a Senior Technical Writer/Developer who has on-line
help, on-line documentation development experience and project management
experience.

This successful database company already has a strong on-line help/on-line
documentation group and is looking for a candidate to provide additional
leadership to move the on-line documentation to the next level. All
documentation will be on-line and will use a variety of on-line display
technologies including HTML and Java.

Responsibilities will include creating and testing specific document sets
for on-line delivery. Candidate will investigate and test on-line doc
solutions and work with the documentation team on schedules.

QUALIFICATIONS:
                *) 7-10 years advanced documentation experience
                *) On-line documentation experience
                *) Experience developing or managing a Microsoft help
development project
                *) Documentation experience for medium to large size company
                *) Knowledge of Web Based, Java based technologies
                *) Direct management experience
                *) Excellent communication skills
                *) BA/BS
