Converting various formats to HTML

I'd suggest to use Adobe Pagemill as a general WYSIWYG ease of use HTML
editor (99 US$) for converting any DTP format with the copy/paste method:
copy fom DTP software and paste in Pagemill.

No connection with the product, but I REALLY like it.
