If you are using SHED.EXE to put hotspots on your SHG files, you already
have one, thus:
1. Open the new, revised BMP in any bitmap editor, such as Paint,
and copy the _whole_thing_ to the clipboard. (If you have trouble
starting with the very corner using the mouse, you can use the
arrow keys on the keyboard.)
2. Open the old, inaccurate SHG in SHED.EXE.
3. Choose Replace from the Edit menu. SHED magically slides your new
bitmap in under the existing hotspots.
