Godfrey, why don't you try the Adobe Acrobat technology? You can costruct
your catalog pieces using the text or layout software of your choice, then
convert the catalog via PostScript to pdf (portable document format) using
the Acrobat Distiller. Your clients will have to acquire the Acrobat Reader
(freeware) from Adobe (installable from CD player only), and s/he will be
able to read your catalog undepentent of operating system and the producing
software you used. The Acrobat technology allows you to create an always
visible TOC in which the reader can jump from bookmark to bookmark.
