Telephony's Dictionary, Second Edition
Telephony Publishing Corp.
ISBN 0-917845-04-8

Following Chuck's lead, I can't say this is fantastic (there are some eccentric
notations included, however, it is a fairly good general reference). I believer
he's in the ninth or tenth edition at this point. He comes out with a new one
each year. Until my company writes its own, we are using this one.
