The upcoming 1.2 release of GNNpress (HTML authoring tool) will allow you
to save pages as RTF. Supposedly, I can do this on PC, Mac, and UNIX
platforms. I haven't tested the conversion yet to see how good it is. I'd
be interested to hear from someone who uses it to create WinHelp. You can
download the current 1.2 beta from http://www.tools.gnn.com/. The software
is free.
