Thanks to everyone who responded to my post on a simple HTML editor. Most
replies leaned towards Adobe Page Mill, but I got a few recommendations
for Sausage's Hot Dog.
I'm going to recommend Page Mill because more people have Macs here, and
because I was unsuccessful in downloading Hot Dog to take a look at it.
(Their server is always busy.)
