Hello, Deborah

I suggest putting your email address (and a URL for any corporate
home page, which should also include your email address...) in the
front of any manuals, brochures, etc., and on a reader's comment
form at the back of all manuals. People still like to write RCFs
(which should *always* be acknowledged, either by return mail or
by an email message--so solicit the reader's email address, as well),
but email encourages comments that would normally not be given.

I've always found that people have to be pretty ticked to tell you
something is wrong with a book via snail mail, but they'll fire off
an email more quickly for small stuff (sometimes very small...true).

Regards,
