This is in response to Anne Weiler, needing to know a simple way for
creating web pages for the novice/non-tech person, as well as to
Steve Victor and Vanessa Wilburn on MS Word & Internet Assistant
(for Win95)as an HTML tool.

Dear Steve, Vanessa & Anne (& all Whirlers),

I have used and continue to use MS Word with Internet Assistant.  I
used it with Word 6.0 and liked it as a quick and easy way to get the
basics done fast.  HTML changes almost daily (thanks to the wizes at
Netscape) and so the Internet Assistant must be upgraded frequently to
take advantage of the new language features (tables are a good example
of a new feature for HTML).

I now use MS Word for Win95 (Word 7.0) and have installed the latest
Internet Assistant.  It covers the latest (up to release date) of the
HTML language and works like a charm.

Granted, there is still some HTML feature that works better written in
the language (i.e., not converted with a tool), but you can still do
that after you have finished with the Word document.

I recommend it to get the 'grunt' work done and leave you the time to
do the acutal 'creative' stuff in web page design.
