INTERMEDIATE DOCUMENTATION/TRAINING SPECIALIST:

Systems Xcellence is a leading-edge provider of electronic transaction
processing solutions for an international clientele. We develop, distribute
and implement transaction processing applications and networks that make it
easy to do business electronically. Our current emphasis is in electronic
payments and banking, healthcare, control systems, and information
distribution and switching, with interests in a variety of other areas. Our
explosive growth has created a position in the Documentation and Training
Group.

As a member of our Documentation and Training team, you will work closely
with a variety of groups within the organization. Responsibilities include:
writing, editing or proofing technical documentation, developing training
courses, providing stand up training internally or to our clients,
administering courses, developing on-line help, participating in planning
meetings, writing newsletter articles, writing or editing internal
procedures, and/or doing some technical illustrations. The Training and
Documentation Group is seeking an INTERMEDIATE DOCUMENTATION/TRAINING
SPECIALIST with:

*Outstanding communications skills.
*A true passion for quality, and genuine pride in your work.
*A team-focused approached.
*Willingness and ability to go the distance to meet customer expectations.
*Demonstrated ability to think through processes from the beginning, make a
plan, organize your time, set goals and follow through.
*Proven aptitude for learning documentation and online help development
tools. Experience with FrameMaker, Word, Powerpoint, Visio and/or
Assistware would be useful, but are not essential.
*Ability to focus on details without losing sight of the big picture.
*Strong aptitude for (and some experience with) complex computer-related
technologies.
*Desire to grow within the technical communications profession.
*Desire to work in a positive, fun, entrepreneurial, high-energy
environment.
*Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills.
*A relevant university degree.
