In the TECHWR-L on 26 Feb 1996, I found the following:

etc., etc. .....

I know, it is probably a silly question - and that I am probably (but
only probably) the only person on the list, who don't know what to
do with it - but please tell me: how can I decode it?

I use Pegasus Mail for Windows v 2.23, which should decode MIME
*attachments* automatically, but here it is an enclosure. UU encoded
and BinHex encoded enclosures may be decoded by a build in reader. I
have a small DOS programme MIMEDEC.EXE, but that didn't do the trick
either.
