Hi all.

I am in the process of gathering research material for my MS in TCOM
thesis topic, "International Technical Communication through the
Internet."

The survey is "seven +/- two" questions long. For the record, before
posting this survey to the list, I first asked for permission from the
list owner, Eric Ray, who is also curious to know the results.
