Attaboy!  YOU tell'em.  I gave up using online documentation (as well as on
M$ operating systems) after this circular conversation with a support
hotline at a client site a few years ago:

"Hi.  My computer just crashed.  Is there anyway I can recover the file I
was working on?"

"Sure.  Follow the instructions in the online help.  They tell you how to
start up without overwriting your last .tmp file."

"Obviously I didn't make my self very clear.  My computer crashed in the
middle of making a backup of my spreadsheet file.  My computer is dead.
Online help isn't working.  I need to know how to start up my machine
without trashing my last 20 minutes of  work.  Can you help me?"

"OK.  The online help has a section on how to recover from crashes.  You
have to be real careful. Just follow the instructions on the screen."

" I don't think you understand.  My computer  -crashed-.  I can't look
-anything-  up in online  ANYTHING.  Since you can't help me, I  NEED  A
MANUAL."

"We don't have manuals.  Online help has all the information you need."
