I am trying to recruit a third (i.e. junior-ish) tech writer in my
department to document business/banking-related software. The problem is
that you can't find tech writers in Cyprus! So my question is what set of
skills and qualifications add up to the next best thing to a real tech writer?
Also, what is the best way to test applicants for tech writing aptitude,
when they don't know what tech writing is?
