Subject: updates for bibliography?

I posted this list a while back after soliciting contributions from folks on
this list. I thought I'd dust off this list and see if ansyone has updates,
comments, etc. I'd especially appreciate any annotations you think might be
helpful to people who are shopping for references, perhaps a short review.
Also, I've had trouble getting many of these publications. If you know a book
on this list is out of print, I'd appreciate the heads up.
