>The Strategic Development Services division is responsible for developing
>PC-based applications for Credit Card Services, including customer service,

>Purpose of Position

>Writers are responsible for producing internal specs (GUI design,
>functional, etc.) per ISO 9000 procedures, external documentation (including
>end-user documentation), and on-line help.


>Responsibilities Include

>-- Authoring software documentation
>-- Authoring on-line help
>-- Planning, estimating, and tracking projects; meeting all product
>   development schedules
>-- Establishing and maintaining rapport with design engineers to assure
>   timely responses to technical changes
>-- Creating presentation materials (including charts, graphs, flowcharts,
>and slide show presentations)
>-- Tools include:  MS Word, QuarkXPress, Excel, PowerPoint, ABC
>   Flowcharter, allClear, RoboHelp
