Scrap the survey. Use interviews. You can focus your thinking a whole lot
better with a few in-depth conversations than you can by papering your
company with canned questions.

After you've done this you may have a few alternatives or questions you'd
like to ask a broader group of people about. That's the time for your
"survey." ...RM
