It doesn't say that much about style per se, but there _is_ a thing
called the HAG (Help Authoring Guide). This is a Microsoft document
which proported not to have been published... however, it is widely
available on the Net, and there is a Windows Help version called the
WHAG (try an Archie search, otherwise I could send it by e-mail).
Contains a lot of useful practical development information though.
There is also a winhelp-l discussion group for Windows Help developers.
