It's really hard to guess at a good organization without seeing the
information. It depends partially on how long each section (engine, fuel,
electrical, etc.) might be. If each section is short (2 pp. or less), no need
to alphabetize. Besides, what criteria/keyword would you use to alphabetize?
One suggestion would be to list the problems in order from most common to
least common.
