I recently tried the Frame5 HTML-Lite conversion - and abandoned the result.
HTML -Lite provided anchors for everything, too bad they were numeric (not
very useful). There was also no way to view (browse) the results in Frame - I
had to use one of the many other browsers on my system.

I had a book written in Frame3 that I had pulled into Word 6 in order to
create Windows 3.1 help and Window95 help using RoboHelp 3.0 and the Window
Help Authoring Tool respectively. After trying numerous routes to tag either
Frame or Word files I selected the following as the cleanest -

I used Blue Sky Software's Help-To-Word program to convert the Windows
3.1help file into word (this gets rid of the hidden text for the hypertext
jumps but leaves the character formatting so I "remember" where I want my
hypertext jumps to be). I then used Internet Assistent for Word to tag the
files.

I tried HoTMetaL Pro, NaviPress, Ant and Handler as well as Frame 5's HTML
Lite in the process. I liked the fact that I could flip between edit and
browse modes in IA.
