TO :AOLers in need of setting up saved mail folders in your Personal Filing
Cabinet
1) Use Flash Session to download your mail (automatic sign-off after
downloading is optional)
2) Click on, Read Incoming Mail
3) Read your mail and delete any messages you do NOT want to save, then:
4) Click on, Mail
5) Click on, Personal Filing Cabinet
6) Click on, Add Folder
7) Name Folder <Something Appropriate> (i.e. Techwr-l)
8) Click on, OK
9) Scroll down to the desired message and click-and-drag it to the
Appropriate Folder
10) Repeat the click-and-drag operation until all of the desired messages
are saved to their Appropriate Folders
11) Close Personal Filing Cabinet
<<<NOTE>>> DO NOT delete the saved messages from the Read Incoming Mail
screen after they have been saved to their folders. This will also delete
the message from the Personal Filing Cabinet. Simply close the Read Incoming
Mail screen, or click the <Next> button at the bottom of the screen, and the
saved message will disappear from the Read Incoming Mail screen.
Good luck,
J.P.
