Responsible for designing, developing, and evaluating end user instruction for
Apple Computer's software and hardware products. Must be able to demonstrate
expertise in determining appropriate media for instruction and ability to
formulate and implement documentation plans that incorporate printed and
computer-based components. Must have a clear, economical writing style and the
ability to express instructional design ideas articulately. Graduate degree in
Instructional Design, English, or Liberal Arts, or 4 or more years
instructional design experience producing paper and electronic documentation.
Screen design, interface design, and usability testing experience strongly
preferred; an area of technical proficiency, or experience in programming and
user level scripting desired. Must demonstrate exceptional communication and
project management skills.
