that's much better! Writing directly to the "youser" solves many of these
problems. (Whenever the corporate style gurus permit)
And make it clear when the software is doing things ... perhaps I personify
the programs but if the software runs through a series of actions after the
user clicks a button it's nice to know that gremlins didn't do it.
