If you do not have to make a choice between the job and finishing the
degree, then by all means complete the degree at night. Keep in mind
that you can take your time in finishing it,(do one subject a semester
until you're done).

I would let your employer know that you are doing this,(it will be of
benefit in simple things, for instance they won't schedule you into a
late meeting on the night you have to be across town to go to school).

If your employer has demonstrated a concern for you with a good
benefit package etc. then I would also ask them to pay your
tuition, as these courses should clearly improve your performance on
the job.
