Your best bet is to call the local chapter of the STC or the chapter
for the city you want to target. Most STC chapters have someone in
charge of the "job bank" and some chapters actually have a dial-up
bulletin board service that provides both an openings listing and
a resume bank. If you do not know the name/number of the chapter
president, call STC headquarters in Washington D.C. (703)522-4114
and they can give you the chapter president's name. This person
can tell you the name and number of the person in charge of the
chapter's job bank.
