I created a template in Microsoft Word that I use for publishing
online, portable documents. The hypertext is provided primarily
through GOTOBUTTON fields. Clients can use the Word Viewer, they
do not need Word. However, they must be able to run Windows apps.

We also tried Frame with FrameViewer, but our clients did not like
the FrameViewer (hard to use).

We are currently looking at Acrobat (particularly given the tie in
with Frame for the hypertext links).
