Yep, that'll happen. Sounds like someone had marked this quickly on a spec
document, as in "Add here, 'This is not a toy, etc.'" Then it went to pro-
duction like that.

Many years ago, for a Navy aircraft manual, a writer inserted an example of
a navigation problem. Lacking a destination, he picked a location: a city
in Egypt that was fictitous, but was a well-known colloquialism for an
out of the way place. (Good taste prevents me from using the actual town
name....) Unfortunately, it went through the entire production cycle like
this, and wasn't noticed until the book went to print.

Boy, the sure did get Change 1 issued in a hurry.....
