I'd look at it the same way as any other form of publishing. Would it have been
plagiarism to put it in a book? If it's a short quote from a page, containing
only a portion of the information from the page, I'd think it would be ethical
to to do it, but you should also give credit for the quote and a pointer to the
page you got it from. (Asking permisssion first would also be a Good Thing.)
