To this I would add that PageMaker is notorious for taking incredible
amounts of time repositioning text following editing. When
people think of dtp packages as clumsy, overstuffed word
processors, PageMaker is the application these people have in
mind.
BTW, QuarkXpress also enables instantaneous editing and text input.
