BOOKS: Additions to Book List?

Folks;

Our documentation department has been split into a few different groups and
we may need a new library scheme. Following on that, I've been trying to
come up with a good, up-to-date list of general and specific books on tech
writing, obviously slanted towards the software/computers side of tech
writing. If anyone can:

 - supply missing details
 - comment on whether these books may have been superseded by better/newer
versions
 - add new titles
 -point me towards other lists of this kind

I'd appreciate it.

My idea is to also have a host (ha ha) of Internet resources, URLs, ftp
sites, and so on in a similar list, but that can wait for now...
