Richard Mateosian asked about math: If the ultimate answer to life, the
universe, and everything is "42" then why is the ultimate question "What do
you get when you multiply six by nine?"

The math was assumed to be base ten.

Once you understand that the universe is so fundimentally goofed up that six
times nine is -supposed- to equal 42, then everything else starts to make
sense.

(BTW, my work e-mail still won't receive. I just subscribed to the list at
home.)
