You're absolutely right. And it was exceedingly poor form to have it
attached to a post such as the one I made. My signature file is normally
reserved for private correspondence. The only reason it *did* make it onto
the public message is that I had to reload my mail program and failed to
reset the default switch to "signature off." So I apologize for the error
and have corrected the problem.
(But, it should serve as evidence that people opposed to advertising on the
net are not inherently opposed to people trying to make a living. We all
do. I just don't think that your purpose for being here is to help me make
a living; therefore, I try to act accordingly. Wouldst that the advertisers
would do the same.)
