Indexing Question

Hi all--

I'd like your opinion on placment of "See also" within the index.

FrameMaker automatically puts it before the page numbers, i.e.,

Updating (See also Modifying) 5, 67, 101

Several of us here are more comfortable with it coming after the page numbers,
 i.e.,

Updating 5, 67, 101 (See also Modifying)

Another option is:

Updating 5, 67, 101
    (See also Modifying)

Is there any rule about how this should be handled?
