I know this was a thread tossed about a while ago, but thought some
of you may be interested in this:

The latest issue of "New Media" magazine (February, 1995, Volume 5,
Number 2) has a whole section on how to set up Web pages. Included is
discussions on how to set up your Web site (do you want your own,
or do you want someone else to do it); various Web browsers; HTML
info including some HTML editors; and so on.

If you are currently in the process of, or thinking of, setting up a Web
server, you might want to read the article. If you have problems
locating an issue, please let me know.
