An answer to Joseph Little's question:
This is a component of a performance support system. It evaluates a user's
on-the-job performance, provides advice and coaching, as needed; and
maintains performance scores as required by the employer and bodies such
as OSHA, EPA, and ISO 9000.
As with any PSS component, Human performance evaluation can be delivered
electrnically, on paper, by humans or a combination of all three.
