I got the promotional material for Quicken 4 the other day. There is a little
insert that says "I don't do manuals." I guess they are trying to tell users
that with their new improved online help people who don't read manuals can
still use the product.
There's a moral here someplace.
Documentation is dead! Long live documentation!
