What Mac hypertext authoring sys to use?

I want to know what program would best suit my needs.

Objectives in order of importance:

I want to learn an authoring tool which will be useful when I get a job
which includes writing online help.

I need to create a document containing text, sound, and pictures at the
very least. Hopefully it will include movies too.

I am not a programmer, so need something that doesn't require that
knowledge. If I learned a bit of programming through this it would be
great though.

This all must be on the Macintosh, unless anyone wants to donate another
machine.
