My son has worked through Express Services for several years. The
companies that he is sent to must sign a contract that they will not
hire an employee sent to them by the agency within six months of the
date that the employee was last subcontracted.
This is understandable. But, it has been very frustrating for my son
since there were some permanent positions that the companies have
wanted to offer him but couldn't.

Does this also include situations where the client approaches
the contractor and says "We are going to make this a permanent position,
and we're offering you the job if you're interested."
