THEIR should be THERE (homonym/spelling)
IS should be ARE (subject verb agreement)
ERRERS should be ERRORS (spellling)
SENTANCE should be SENTENCE (spelling)

Since I didn't see the original posting, could improper capitalization
be the fifth error?
