Ms is what I use when I don't know if someone's Miss or Mrs. Me, I'm
"Dr", which helps to avoid confusion arising from the fact that I don't
use my husband's surname. People in the village where I live who know me
as Marion Owen sometimes refer to me as Mrs Owen, which to me only means
my mother. My husband is called Smith, so I suppose if I'm Mrs anything,
it would be Mrs Smith, but I'm dam*ed if I'm changing my surname!
