There is indeed at least one White Pages book in print: _The 1994
Internet White Pages_, by Seth Godin and James S. McBride, published
by IDG Books Worldwide, ISBN 1-56884-300-3.
It doesn't list everyone who has accounts by any means, but rather
"over 100,000" of the more active posters on the Net. Jay Tolson,
unfortunately, doesn't appear in the book.
You might want to check Ed Krol (p. 454 of his new edition) on using
the Internet's white page tools.
