This can easily be done using HTML (Hypertext Markup Language). For
more information, check the newsgroups comp.infosystems.www or
alt.hypertext.

There are several excellent browsers available for HTML documents;
"Mosaic" is probably the best-known one. You can get free versions of
Mosaic for a PC running Windows, a Unix box running X-Windows, or a
Mac.

If you'd like to see some FAQs on hypertext and don't have a newsfeed,
send a message containing the lines ``help'' and ``index'' to
mail-server -at- rtfm -dot- mit -dot- edu for information. Any entries containing
"hypertext" or "www" will probably have what you're looking for.
