RE: Summer Internship in a technical writing department
My company, Information Builders, Inc. has a summer internship position
available in the Documentation Services Dept. The intern will help us convert
existing technical manuals into electronic documents using IBM BookManager
BUILD/VM and BUILD/2, Microsoft's MultiMedia Viewer, and possibily Adobe
Acrobat. The manuals document our company's database development tool
FOCUS and our client/server product line EDA.
Some knowledge of VM/CMS would be useful. Experience with Windows 3.1 is
important. Also, exposure to electronic documents or experience building
electronic documents would be a plus.
Anyone interested in this internship can send email directly to me.
Best regards,
/chet
