So what happens if one is writing documentation for something that is
used EXCLUSIVELY by one sex? May one then ignore the other sex? To
include them, out of political correctness, would only amuse the reader
or make the writer look ridiculous.

And why does Marilynne assume that the single marginalized person will be
a woman?
