As for this gender discussion: I'm interested in differences in
communicative strategies, styles, etc. which you may be using in
addressing your work: is it towards men, women, or some sort of neutral
being? Or do you even address at all?
I would find it very useful to illuminate these issues, not only in writing
towards women, but in writing towards men as well.
