The bad feeling I have about SGML is that it seems very much to be "the tail
wagging the dog." That is, the FORMAT has become the most important
requirement, rather than the best way for the user to access the information.
It seems very forced and not adaptive. Let's face it, people are not
machines. Different kinds of information need to be communicated in
different ways, and SGML just won't allow you to do that--or doesn't seem to.
