ABOUT THE CONFERENCE The STC Annual Conference is the world's
largest annual conference on technical
communication. With 220 educational
sessions to choose from, this conference
brings you up-to-date on the latest
developments in writing and editing,
management of technical communicators,
visual communication, research and
technology into the field, and education
and training. The conference also covers
the perennial topics of the field.

The Expo is a showcase of products of
interest to technical communicators,
including desktop publishing products,
specialty services, books, and software.

WHO SHOULD ATTEND All technical communicators--writers,
editors, and illustrators--as well as
managers of technical communicators,
educators and students in the field,
and consultants. Almost 2,000 participants
are expected from Asia, Europe, and
North America.

INCLUDED IN THE FULL FEE Attendance at all sessions, a Welcome
Reception Sunday evening, a reception
for winners in the International
Technical Publications and Art
Competitions, and a copy of the
conference Proceedings.
